On the 18, 19 and 20 June 2009 we held a 'Planning for Real' consultation in Woolston to ask local people what they thought could brighten the Victoria Road shopping area.

We also asked them what services they thought would be useful for the people of Woolston should it be possible to deliver projects from the main shopping area. We had a very busy three days with many people coming in and telling us what they thought. Agencies involved with us in talking to people included Raglan Housing, Carers Together in Hampshire, Southampton City Council, and the local police. Schools, shops and surgeries took questionnaires for people to fill in. It will take a while for us to work through everybody's responses but we will post the results in about a month.
Thank you to everyone who took part or who helped.
