Summer’s coming and at this time of year we notice a sharp increase of reports about parties, barbecues, children playing outside, teenagers gathering and music being played loudly amongst other things.
Radian expects all its residents to treat others living in their neighbourhood fairly. Please consider that others may not want to listen to your music or share the communal areas as a temporary family fun park.
If you are having a “one-off party”, let them know and the time it will end.
Are there any events in your community that you could attend? Would you like to share a community event with us? Contact Radian on 0300 123 1567.
