Thomas Way BBQ

It certainly was an unseasonably wet summer and at times we wondered if the sun would ever shine again. But that didnt stop residents in Thomas Road, North Baddesley from celebrating!

They were celebrating the first anniversary of moving into their new homes. Invitations were accepted. Carrie Chappell made an anniversary cake and people bought food to share. The rain came tumbling donw but under the cover of gazebos, the BBQ was lit, food and drinks were enjoyed, music played and a good time was had by all!

Lucy, aged nine, said It was a brilliant idea because I like parties.

Chantelle, aged 11, said I liked it because we all got together.
