The Solent Area Panel has been working closely with the Tenant Participatory Advisory Service (TPAS) in association with Radian to ensure tenants in the Solent area get the most from Radian’s local offers. This goes together with one of the Solent Area Panel’s main priorities: community safety. We have approved £1,500 towards funding a sensory garden in Bursledon, Southampton, for people who have sensory impairments.
Radian is now also working towards car parking improvements, thanks to input from the Solent Area Panel. We hope this will help towards the car parking arrangements for residents as well as tenants in future developments in the Solent area.
Your Solent Area Panel members are also closely scrutinising the performance of Radian, focussing on the issues that matter most to you and how Radian can improve.
