Solent Area Panel Annual Meeting at the Dolphin Hotel
On the 28th November, the Solent Area Panel held their Annual General Meeting, at the Dolphin Hotel in Southampton. All Solent residents were invited and 40 residents attended the meeting, where they had the chance to listen to the Panel’s Annual Report. Residents were also given the chance to ask questions and make suggestions regarding the Area Panel’s future priorities to ensure services can continuously be improved on areas that are important to residents. After the General Meeting, buffet food was provided and residents were able to wander round the marketplace finding out more about Radian’s different departments and speak to staff about services Radian provide. Community Involvement, Technical Services, Development, Housing, Welfare Benefits and Grounds Maintenance were all available to give information on the services that they offer to you. Residents were also invited to enter a free prize draw in exchange for a suggestion on how Radian can improve its service. Well done to the winners and thank you to everybody for their valuable comments
Overall the night was a huge success and we would like to thank our Solent Area Panel for the dedication they give, all Radian staff for their help and support and lastly, thanks to all our residents who took the time to attend and help us focus on improving the services the Area Panel and Radian provide for you.
