Residents Review Group

The Resident Involvement Review Group are reviewing how our Community Involvement Team are engaging with residents by looking at value for money, outcomes and targets.

The group have completed work on the Impact Assessment, have visited Poole Housing Partnership to look at good practice in resident involvement and are now developing the Resident Involvement Statement and Plan.

Further good practice visits are planned.  The RIRG are also working on developing "How To" guides, for example "How To Set Up A Residents Association", "How To Deal With Group Conflict" and so on.

The first meeting of the group discussed how the Community Involvement team prioritises work areas. It also reviewed the first draft of the Community Involvement Impact Assessment / Annual Report.
