Residents Get Involved in Recruitment

On Wednesday 25th of August Swaythling ran a training session for residents who would like to be involved Radian's Recruitment process.  We trained eight residents in how Radian recruits staff and their role on the interview panel.  Stephanie Stanley and Jade Missen, Community Development Officers, talked through how to be a good interviewer and the skills needed to encourage the best from a candidate.  There was even some role play which gave the residents the chance to spot the good and the bad!
