Resident Auditors

Resident's tell us how we're doing

Every year we invite a team of Resident Auditors to inspect our service and tell us how they think we're performing.  Residents from Swaythling, Windsor, Drum and Kingfisher HVHS Housing join together and are fully trained on how to audit a housing association and what make a good service.  This year, based on resident consultation, the auditors looked at our Estate Management Service.  Resident Auditors came to Swaythling Housing over two days, talking to staff, walking around our estates and reading through our policies and procedures.  They then held a feedback session where they reported their findings to Assistant Director Ian Haworth.      

We are pleased to say that Swaythling were "found to be very good with only a few minor shortcomings."  These were small points which we hope to address in order to improve our service. To view the report click here
