We believe it's important that our residents are part of our recruitment processes, and want residents to take part in interviews with potential staff members and understand how we recruit staff.
Seven residents attended the training course that took place on 24 July 2008. They looked at the skills needed to be a good interviewer and took part in role plays to demonstrate what they had learnt.
Residents who attended received a certificate on completion of the course and we are pleased to have them on board to take part in our interview processes.
