Staff from Swaythling Housing Society gave residents at Rowan Court the chance to talk to them about issues that affected them.  This took place on March 22nd 2010.  At a previous meeting residents had asked us if we could meet with them and have an estate inspection and we were only too happy to do this. They told us about locks on the bin shed, and we also discussed with them taking down a pergola, kids causing a nuisance, a right of way past houses and new kitchens. Housing Officer Serife Law and Response Maintenance Surveyor David Paine are looking into all these things and will contact residents shortly with an update.
