Ngenda Project

Ngenda was the result of a successful bid to the European Social Fund. The project focused on increasing the knowledge, skills and opportunities of disadvantaged women in Hampshire to help them gain employment and improving employability.

The women's training project was run across Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton & IOW and was completed in March 2008. One of the more fun days was a chocolate celebration held at the end of the project. Those who took part decorated chocolate items and learned a lot about working with chocolate.
