Neighbourhood Charters/Service Agreements
In a number of areas where we have homes, residents have worked in partnership with us to produce Neighbour Charters and Service Agreements for the areas in which they live. A Neighbour Charter and Service Agreement is an agreement drawn up in consultation with our residents. The agreement sets out issues such as:
- Priorities for action
- Standards of service for the area
- How residents will be kept informed and consulted
- How service standards will be monitored etc.
The agreement places great emphasis on the importance that local residents can have in making their neighbourhood a cleaner, safer and more pleasant place to live. Here are some of the Neighbourhood Charters and Service Agreements currently in place.
