Meeting Up With Our Shared Owners

Winchester Cathedral Discover Centre was the venue for our shared owners event on 30 April 2009. Here shared owners spoke to us about a number of topics and concerns they had.

Shared owners, who part own their home and part rent from Swaythling Housing, asked about buying more shares in homes, service charges, what help is available in the event of redundancy, and what is the process when moving home. The event was well attended and we plan to hold more of these in other areas.
