Staff from Hays Employment at the Job Jungle day
Finding a job can be a job in itself. It can throw up all sorts of questions as well as gnawing at your self-esteem as it becomes a desperate and lonely challenge. That’s why Radian rolled-out Job Jungle cafe-style drop-ins. They were held at venues across the New Forest and Waterside and are aimed at giving vital information and support on finding work and training.
However, not everything goes to plan. although we helped several people at Blackfield, elsewhere in the Forest, sessions were a bit hit and miss. As a result we are going to concentrate on Blackfield where there seems to be greatest need but of course, anyone is welcome to come along to the Forest First Children’s Centre and join us for coffee and a doughnut.
