In a recent Swaythlink magazine, we reported that residents from 14 other housing associations across Hampshire
had gathered in Basingstoke to tell our new regulator, the Tenant Service Authority, what makes a good landlord. Since then, resident representatives have formed the Hampshire Residents' Forum, and are now looking at whether to use 'resident inspectors' to look at aspects of each others' services. This is a new way to share good ideas, so that the service you receive constantly improves.
