Good Neighbours Day 2007

Everyone loves good neighbours! Residents of Chapel joined the sheriff of Southampton, Councillor Brian Parnell to celebrate the European good neighbours at Southampton City College. The evening celebrations were an ideal opportunity to launch the Chapel Residents website, the Neighbourhood charter and also announce the winners of the good neighbour awards.
