Farmside Gardens, Portsmouth - Door Knocking

Staff from Swaythling Housing Society visited Farmside Gardens on 9th April and gave residents the chance to talk about where they lived.  A few repairs were highlighted  including  gas cupboard doors needing replacement, kitchen windows not shutting, a down pipe outside one block leaking, a request for more washing lines and white lines to be re-painted in car park areas. These things are now being looked at by the housing officer and were also reported to our Customer Service Centre for action.

We also consulted with residents over planned improvements for Farmside Gardens. 38% of residents who responded agreed that the front doors should be a priority followed by shed doors and then the bin store. Work is due to commence over the next few months.
