Disability Scheme Launch - December 2007

Members of the Disability Panel helped produce our Disability Equality Scheme.

The Disability Equality Scheme publication outlines how Swaythling will work alongside residents in line with the Disability Discrimination Act 2005 to ensure our culture, policies and procedures promote equality and diversity. An action plan was developed within the document to ensure that we monitor the way we operate to eliminate and challenge any discrimination.  The action plan is an ongoing document and is already part of how we work at Swaythling.
