At the recent CCG AGM an amendment to the constitution was carried which meant that Radian Resident Committee members and Swaythling Board members could be co-opted onto the CCG.  This effectively freed up more places for new members to join the CCG.  Nine new members nominated themselves and were elected to the group.

The Customer Core Group celebrated their first birthday by holding their Annual General Meeting at the Farmers Home in Durley near Eastleigh on 16 September. 

The officers were successfully voted back in for another year.  The CCG will continue to scrutinise the performance of the Customer Service Centre, our anti-social behaviour management and make recommendations about our policies and procedures.

The Customer Core Group meets monthly on a Thursday morning. If you are interested in becoming a member please do get in touch.
