Residents worked with us at a focus group finding ways that Radian can deliver better value for money.
With an annual turnover of nearly £100m, we are initially looking to save £2.15m by 2013. With residents’ help, we’ve worked out a strategy that’s approved by the Radian Residents’ Council and the Radian Board.
Over the summer, key staff will have Value for Money training so that they can improve our services while keeping a cap on costs. In September, the Residents’ Council and the Board will consider how savings will be spent.
If you have any suggestions on how Radian could save money, please contact Ian Howarth, Head of Solent on 0300 123 1 567.
