Archers Gate Summer Festival

Archers Gate Residents Association were supported by Swaythling Housing to hold a  Summer  Festival.

On a hot Sunday in June local residents, Police, Fire Service and local business gathered together at the Bowman Centre, at Archers Gate for the opening of the Summer Festival by MP Robert Quey. Performances were held by the Amesbury Town Band and a local dance group.The was an Archery display and a dog show alongside stalls, raffle, tombola, and children's entertainment! Residents were able to cool off in the beer tent or enjoy a Pimms all sponsored by Local business ' Less Bounce'.

The festival raised money for the group to hold events in the future.
