A taste of the Caribbean in Chapel!

Chapel residents came out on Sunday 9^th October to help us celebrate Black History Month with a Caribbean themed picnic! Local residents, Norah and Jackie, provided delicious Caribbean and African foods for residents to try, while African drumming filled the air with fun rhythms for everyone to enjoy. The event was part of the city’s Black History Month celebrations which aims to recognise and promote knowledge of black history and experience as well as share information on positive black contributions.
