Resident Impact Statement

This document looks at the difference resident involvement has made to the way Swaythling Housing develops its policies and delivers its services to residents. It is a document that has to be produced every year to meet regulatory requirements.

A group of residents call the Resident Involvement Review Group (RIRG) has been involved in producing this annual assessment. Their role is to look at and advise on the work of the Community Involvement team at Swaythling.
